Role: Academic Counsellor (Inside Sales)
As an Inside Sales Executive for the India market, you will play a key role in driving revenue by connecting with prospective customers, understanding their educational needs, and recommending the right learning programs from Infinity Learn.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead Generation & Sales
Reach out to potential customers across India through outbound calls, emails, and virtual meetings to convert leads into enrollments.
• Consultative Selling
Understand the academic goals of students and parents and offer personalized product recommendations.
• Revenue Growth
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through strong pipeline management.
• Customer Relationship Management
Build trust-based relationships with students and parents to improve satisfaction, retention, and referrals.
• Negotiation & Closing
Handle objections, negotiate effectively, and close sales confidently.
