Academic Counsellor

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Academic Counsellor located in Bengaluru. The Academic Counsellor will be responsible for guiding students in their academic journey, helping them select appropriate courses, and addressing any academic concerns. The role includes conducting counseling sessions, providing information about educational programs, assisting with course registration, monitoring student progress, and collaborating with teachers and parents to support student success.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and counseling skills
• Ability to guide and motivate students
• Knowledge of academic programs and curriculum
• Proficiency in using educational software and digital tools
• Experience in the education sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or related field
