About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Academic Counsellor to join our team on-site in Indore. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills who enjoy consultative selling, relationship-building, and helping prospective students make informed decisions about their academic journey.

Key Responsibilities

- Make 100–120 warm calls/day (leads provided — not cold calling)

- Conduct 5 in-depth prospect calls daily, each 20–25 minutes long

- Identify and qualify potential customers through provided leads and various digital sources

- Conduct virtual meetings with decision-makers (students/parents)

- Follow up extensively via calls, email, and WhatsApp using a consultative approach to drive conversions

- Accurately document all interactions and status updates in the CRM system

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admissions experience

- Achieve monthly sales targets of ₹6–20 Lakhs

Work Details

- Location: Indore (Onsite — candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to Indore)

- Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday-Friday), 1–2 hr break

- Working Days: Monday-Friday

- Weekly Off: Saturday-Sunday

- Leave Policy: No leaves for first 90 days; 2/month after

- Salary Cycle: 26th–25th | Credited: 3rd/4th of every month

Compensation

- Fixed Salary: Up to ₹30,000/month

- Incentives: Handsome, uncapped incentive structure

Who Should Apply

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills

- Prior experience in sales, tele-calling, counselling, or admissions (preferred, not mandatory)

- Comfortable working with CRM tools

- Self-motivated, target-oriented, resilient in a fast-paced sales environment

- Willing to work onsite in Indore, including Sundays
