Role Description:
• Guide prospective students on IICT programs, courses, and career paths.
• Handle inquiries through calls, emails, and walk-ins efficiently.
• Follow up with leads and convert them into confirmed enrollments.
• Maintain accurate student records in CRM systems.
• Coordinate with academic and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Achieve assigned admission and conversion targets.
• Represent IICT at events and seminars to generate admissions.
• Ensure a high level of student satisfaction throughout the counselling process.
Experience:
• 3 - 8 years in academic counselling, admissions, or education sales (preferred)
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree (mandatory)
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
• Result-oriented with the ability to meet targets
• Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools
