Job Description
(For Academic Counsellor Role)
*Make 100–120 warm calls/day (Not Cold Calls, But Warm Calls)
* Daily: 5 prospects, each with 20–25 min calls
* Monthly Targets - 6-20 Lakhs
* Handsome Uncapped Incentives
* Follow-ups via email & WhatsApp
* Identify and qualify potential customers through provided leads and various digital sources.
* Virtual meetings with decision-makers
* CRM updates & team coordination
* Use a consultative approach and follow up extensively to drive conversions.
* Accurately document interactions and status updates in the CRM system.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admissions experience
Work Details:* Hours: 11 AM – 7 PM (Mon-Fri) | 1–2 hr break* Off: Sat & Sun | No leaves for first 90 days, then 2/month* Salary Date: *3rd/4th of each month (Cycle: 26th–25th)
