JD (For Academic Counsellor Role) :
* Make 250–300 warm calls/day (Auto Dialing Software) (Not Cold Calls, But Warm Calls)
* Daily: 5 prospects, each with 20–25 min calls
* Monthly Targets - 6-20 Lakhs + Handsome Uncapped Incentives
* Follow-ups via email & WhatsApp
* Identify and qualify potential customers through provided leads and various digital sources.
* Virtual meetings with decision-makers
* CRM updates & team coordination
* Use a consultative approach and follow up extensively to drive conversions.
* Accurately document interactions and status updates in the CRM system.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admissions experience
