Fukey Education is looking for a motivated and student-focused Education Counsellor to connect with students and parents, understand their learning needs, and guide them towards suitable educational courses. The candidate will handle enquiries, explain course benefits, follow up with potential students, and support the enrolment process. Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in education are essential. Freshers with good communication and convincing skills are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Connect with students and parents to explain courses, features, and learning benefits.
• Handle incoming enquiries, phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and follow-ups.
• Understand students educational needs and recommend suitable courses.
• Generate leads and convert enquiries into course enrolments.
• Maintain student records, lead databases, and follow-up reports.
• Build positive relationships with students and parents.
  
  

Learn Remotely

• Achieve enrolment targets and provide a good customer experience.
  
  

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Good convincing, counselling, and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer service, sales, or counselling experience is preferred.
