Role Description

We are seeking an Academic Counsellor for an on-site full-time role in Bengaluru. The Academic Counsellor will engage with students to understand their goals and help guide them in making informed decisions about their education and career. Daily responsibilities include counseling students, providing academic advice, conducting career guidance sessions, and collaborating with the education team to develop personalized plans that align with the students aspirations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
• Experience in Academic Advising and Education-related support
• Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and educational institutions
• Ability to guide students toward making informed educational and career decisions
• Relevant experience in the education or ed-tech sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
