es• Engage with potential learners through calls, video sessions, and in-centre meetings
tounderstand their career goals and recommend suitable program
s.• Drive weekly & monthly enrollment and revenue targets by effectively converting leads in
toadmission
s.• Manage the complete sales lifecycle from first interaction to enrollment and post-sal

t.• Track and improve key performance metrics such as counselling sessions, conversion rate

e.• Maintain accurate learner records on CRM and share feedback with the Marketing team
