Location: Pune – Kharadi

Experience: 1 – 10 Years

Role Overview

As an Academic Counsellor, you will guide aspiring learners and working professionals toward the right Data Science and AI programs based on their background and career goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students through calls and meetings
• Understand career aspirations and recommend suitable programs
• Handle inbound and outbound leads
• Maintain consistent follow-ups and CRM updates
• Achieve monthly enrollment targets
• Build long-term relationships with learners

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Consultative and target-oriented approach
• Experience in counselling / sales / EdTech preferred
• Basic understanding of IT / Data Science domain is an advantage
• Self-driven and result-focused
