Job Description

Business Development Executive (BDE) / Business Development Manager (BDM)

Location: Rabale / Thane

Work Mode: Onsite

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Weekly Off: Sunday

Shift Timing: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

About The Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Business Development professionals to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective customers, understanding their requirements, promoting relevant solutions, and driving business growth through effective sales and relationship-building strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Initiate outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on generated leads.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Develop thorough knowledge of products and services to effectively communicate features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.
  • Apply effective sales and negotiation techniques to maximize conversions.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and business opportunities.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Experience in Business Development, Sales, Telecalling, Customer Acquisition, or a similar role.
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales are also encouraged to apply.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
