Experience : 1.0-months - 2.6 -years in Telesales/ BPO - out-bound/Academic Counseling/Recruitment/Admission Counsellor
Skills : Excellent Verbal with written communication, Convincing power, Grievance Handling, Target Chasing.
Location : Kolkata (Near Rabindra Sarovar metro)
Timing : 10:00am to 07:00pm
(Sunday open- Wednesday closed)
Responsibilities and Duties: - Need to Call to given leads.
- Will make follow-up calls to the interested candidates.
- Will counsel the students and will answer all the queries of them related to course.
- Make them convinced for Admission.
- Will handle student database.
- Will take part in revenue generation by fulfilling the monthly target.
- Handling student relationship & grievances of students.
