Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Business Development Associates to join our Bengaluru team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a passion for sales and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective learners through calls, WhatsApp, and virtual meetings.
• Understand career aspirations and recommend suitable upskilling programs.
• Explain program curriculum, mentorship, projects, and key benefits.
• Follow up with leads, address queries, and drive course enrollments.
• Achieve monthly sales, revenue, and collection targets.
• Maintain accurate lead records and follow-up activities in the CRM.

Requirements

• 0–3 years of experience in inside sales, B2C sales, business development, or academic counselling.
• Freshers with strong communication skills and sales aptitude are welcome.
• Excellent verbal communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
