About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Academic Counsellor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for counseling prospective students, understanding their career goals, and guiding them toward the right Digital Marketing courses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound student inquiries.
- Counsel students regarding Digital Marketing courses and career opportunities.
- Conduct follow-ups with leads via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and meetings.
- Convert inquiries into admissions.
- Maintain student data and CRM records.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with trainers and support teams for smooth onboarding.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience as an Academic Counsellor, Admission Counsellor, Education Counsellor, or Sales Executive.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Experience in EdTech, Training Institute, Coaching Institute, or Digital Marketing Institute preferred.
- Strong follow-up and sales skills.
- Comfortable working on admission targets.
