Job Role:

We are looking for a target-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to generate leads, convert inquiries into admissions, and promote the overall strength of our academic programs. The academic counselor is also a major forerunner in the upliftment of monthly academic turnover on a long-term basis. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• To take up a minimum count of 80 Admissions per month across varied courses. 
• Generate and follow up on leads to achieve admission targets. 
• Counsel students and parents about courses and programs run at Kairali Academy. 
• Plan and execute marketing activities (online & offline) that boost up the Academic Turnover  
• Maintain leads and admission records as per the process team updates and allied departmental requisites of the company as a whole. 

Preferred Skills: 

• Strong communication and sales skill sets 
• Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing to support advertising that attracts candidate strength. 
• Graduate in any discipline with multilingual skills.
