Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Academic Coordinator (Telugu) role based in Kolkata. The Academic Coordinator will work closely with students and faculty to develop and implement education and curriculum strategies. Key responsibilities include coordinating academic activities, advising and mentoring students, conducting research to enhance program quality, and sustaining effective communication with all stakeholders to ensure high academic outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Education with skills in Curriculum Development to design and optimize engaging and effective learning programs
• Excellent Communication skills and the ability to foster productive relationships with students, faculty, and stakeholders
• Experience in Academic Advising to guide and mentor students toward fulfilling their learning goals
• Capable of conducting Research to enhance academic programs and identify opportunities for growth and improvement
• Proficiency in Telugu for effective communication with stakeholders and students in the language
