Manav Rachna International School, Ludhiana is looking for passionate and experienced academic leaders to join our team for the following positions:
Coordinator – Middle Wing (Grades VI–VIII)
Coordinator – Senior Wing (Grades IX–XII)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead curriculum planning and effective implementation.
- Mentor and support educators through classroom observations and regular feedback.
- Monitor learner progress, discipline, and overall well-being.
- Oversee assessments, examinations, academic planning, and documentation.
- Build strong partnerships with parents and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Drive innovation in teaching and learning while ensuring academic excellence and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with school policies and board guidelines.
Eligibility:
- Master's Degree with B.Ed. (Mandatory)
- 8–10 years of teaching experience with at least 3 years in an academic leadership role.
- Strong instructional leadership, communication, planning, and team management skills.
- Experience in CBSE schools will be preferred.
