erviewThe Exemplar Schools were Peepul's very first intervention, serving as the foundation for all subsequent programmes and demonstrating what effective public education could look

like.Launched in 2015, Peepul partnered with the South Delhi Municipal Corporation to turn around an under-resourced government school in Lajpat Nagar through a Public–Private Partnership (PPP). Over time, Peepul took on two additional schools in Delhi, creating a network of three Exemplar Sc

hools.Today, these schools serve nearly 1,500 students and act as beacons of excellence and proof points for scale. They continuously inform and guide Peepul's system-level programmes by demonstrating what an effective, inclusive, and joyful learning environment looks like in pra

About t

he Role The Academic Coordinator will lead academic excellence and daily school functioning, acting as a key academic and operational leader. The role focuses on improving student learning outcomes through teacher coaching, curriculum design, student support, school leadership, and stakeholder engagement in partnership with the Network Coordinator and Government School Leadership. They will contribute to network-level academic decision-making, alignment, and continuous improvement, and will collaborate closely with Academic Coordinators across the school network to standardize practices and share le
