Job Title: Academic Coordinator

Role Summary:
The Academic Coordinator will oversee the complete academic operations for courses such as Advanced MS Excel, Digital Marketing, Tally, C Programming, Python, Spoken English, Java, and other skill-based programs. The role includes managing trainers, designing curriculum, monitoring academic delivery, and ensuring high-quality learning for students.
Salary:1.5 - 3 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard and manage expert trainers for all courses.
- Prepare, update, and improve curriculum as per industry needs.
- Ensure complete course readiness, including recording of sessions, planning live revision classes, and managing assessments for all batches.
- Design detailed session plans, assignments, projects, and assessments.
- Oversee training sessions and support trainers with content and teaching material.
- Update and manage the LMS regularly, ensuring all content is uploaded on time.
- Monitor trainer performance and maintain overall course quality.
- Track student progress, attendance, and completion reports.
- Support students by resolving academic queries and providing timely guidance.
- Maintain academic SOPs for live classes, recorded sessions, doubt clearance, and assessments.
- Conduct regular academic audits to ensure quality delivery.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and support teams for smooth coordination.
- Provide weekly academic reports related to batches, trainers, and student performance.
Required Experience & Skills:
- Must have experience in handling trainers and designing courses related to advanced MS Excel, digital marketing, Tally, C programming, Python, spoken English, Java, and similar skill courses.
- Strong understanding of curriculum design, practical teaching methods, and online training delivery.
- Ability to manage multiple batches and trainers simultaneously.
- Good communication, coordination, and planning skills.
- Experience with LMS systems and digital learning tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate/postgraduate with a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in academic management.
- Strong understanding of teaching methods, online training, and LMS tools.
- Excellent communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about education and skill development.
