Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee the complete IGCSE academic and administrative operations.

* Assign and monitor day-to-day responsibilities of teaching staff.

* Develop and review lesson plans and teaching strategies.

* Prepare and implement academic schedules and curriculum plans.

* Plan and execute student-centered academic and co-curricular activities.

* Train and mentor teachers on IGCSE and international teaching standards.

* Ensure effective implementation of Cambridge core principles.

* Design worksheets, assessments, and question papers.

* Prepare and monitor revision strategies and exam readiness plans.

* Conduct parent orientations and academic briefings.

Candidate Profile:

* Strong experience in IGCSE / Cambridge curriculum

* Proven leadership and team management skills

* Excellent planning, organizational, and communication abilities

* Passion for academic excellence and holistic student development
