About the Role

Boston Institute of Analytics is hiring an Academic Coordinator / Admissions Executive for its Delhi center.

This role involves handling student inquiries, coordinating counseling sessions, maintaining follow-ups, updating CRM records, and supporting the admissions process. The position is ideal for candidates with good communication and coordination skills who are looking to build a career in the education and EdTech industry.

Key Responsibilities

Student Inquiry & Admissions Support

  • Handle incoming student inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins
  • Share basic information about courses, batches, and admissions process
  • Schedule counseling sessions for prospective students

Student Follow-Ups

  • Conduct regular follow-ups with interested students
  • Maintain communication with leads throughout the admission process
  • Ensure timely responses to student queries

Academic & Counselor Coordination

  • Coordinate with academic counselors and internal teams
  • Maintain student records and admission-related information
  • Support smooth day-to-day admissions coordination activities

CRM & Data Management

  • Update inquiry details, follow-ups, and student interactions in CRM systems
  • Maintain accurate records and daily activity updates
  • Prepare basic reports related to admissions and inquiries

Webinar & Event Support

  • Assist in coordinating webinars, information sessions, and student engagement activities
  • Support online and offline admission-related events when required

Required Skills

  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets
  • Comfortable handling calls and student interactions
  • Organized and detail-oriented approach
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline

6 months to 2 years of experience in:

  • Admissions Support
  • Academic Coordination
  • Student Counseling Support
  • Telecalling / Lead Follow-Up
  • Customer Support
  • EdTech Operations
