Job Summary:

We are looking for a Freelance Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the development of structured academic content for online learning modules. The selected candidate will be responsible for creating learner-centric Self Learning Materials (eSLMs) in alignment with the provided syllabus and academic framework. This role involves developing unit-wise content, defining learning objectives, and designing assessment components to facilitate effective learning outcomes.

The SME will be required to collaborate with internal teams and client SMEs for content review and approval, participate in regular discussions, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality academic content in compliance with plagiarism and referencing standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a unit-wise Table of Contents (TOC) based on the syllabus provided.
• Create Self Learning Materials (eSLM) for each unit in accordance with the prescribed academic structure.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in academic content development is mandatory.
• Ability to deliver high-quality content within strict timelines.
• Participate in regular client calls and incorporate feedback.
• AI tools may be used for content support; however, the final output must be humanized and original.
• Plagiarism level should be maintained below 10% (to be verified internally).

Engagement Details:

• This is a freelance, project-based engagement.
• Payment will be processed post-client approval of submitted deliverables.
