About the Role

We are looking for driven and result-oriented Inside Sales Executives to join PANHA. This is a

remote, part-time opportunity ideal for students and early-stage professionals seeking hands-on

startup experience while earning through performance-based incentives.

In this role, you will focus on converting qualified leads into paid enrollments for our psychology

programs and strengthening our sales funnel through webinars and engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Convert warm/hot leads provided by PANHA into paid enrollments
  • Promote and sell our flagship 4,000 psychology course (Panha.live)
  • Build and optimize sales funnels (webinars, follow-ups, WhatsApp nurturing, etc.)
  • Conduct discovery calls and guide prospects on program value
  • Handle objections and close deals professionally
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for webinar execution and conversions
  • Maintain basic tracking of leads, follow-ups, and conversions

Requirements

  • BA/BSc or MA/MSc degree in Psychology
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive attitude
  • Genuine enthusiasm for PANHA's mission and vision

Compensation & Incentives

Performance-Based Pay (High Earning Potential)

Earn 10% commission per enrollment

Example:

100 enrollments 4,000 = 4,00,000 revenue

Your earning = 40,000 (10%)

No earning cap higher performance directly translates to higher income.
