Job Role: Academic Counsellor

We are looking for motivated and career-oriented candidates to join our admissions and student support team. The ideal candidate will guide students in selecting suitable academic programs and support them throughout the admission process.

Key Responsibilities (Job Description)

• Counsel students and parents regarding academic programs and career opportunities

• Handle inbound and outbound student inquiries professionally

• Explain course structures, international degree pathways, and career prospects

• Follow up with leads and support the admissions process

• Maintain student databases and CRM updates

• Build strong relationships with prospective students

• Achieve admission and enrollment targets

• Coordinate with academic and marketing teams

Qualifications

• MBA Graduates Preferred

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline

• Freshers are welcome to apply

• Experience in academic counselling, admissions, sales, or customer support will be an added advantage
