Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Hyderabad for an Academic Coach. The Academic Coach will provide personalized academic support to teachers, students, develop learning strategies, and foster a positive learning environment. Daily tasks include guiding teachers in their academic content delivery, offering coaching sessions, providing assistance in subjects such as Mathematics, and helping improve overall communication and study skills. The role will also involve collaborating with educators to support student success and ensure progress toward their academic goals.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Academic Coaching and general Coaching practices
• Knowledge of Education systems and proficiency in teaching or tutoring Mathematics
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively engage with students and educators
• Ability to guide and mentor students with patience and empathy
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Mathematics, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus
• Prior experience in academic coaching or a similar role is advantageous
• Passion for education and commitment to helping students achieve their academic potential
