Academic Business Development Executive (MBA Fresher)

This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Business Development Executive, located in Pune. The role involves engaging with educational institutions to promote EduSkills programs, managing relationships with stakeholders, conducting market research, and developing business strategies. Responsibilities include organizing workshops, seminars, and training sessions for students and faculty, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams are essential for success in this role.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders and promote EduSkills programs
• Ability to conduct market research and develop business strategies
• Experience in organizing workshops, seminars, and training sessions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
• Knowledge of the education sector and ICT-based education systems is a plus
