Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students on courses and career opportunities.
- Guide students through the admission process.
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into enrollments.
- Provide accurate information about programs, fees, and career prospects.
- Maintain student records and update the CRM regularly.
- Achieve monthly admission and counseling targets.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counseling and persuasion abilities.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Prior experience in counseling, education, or inside sales is preferred.
