Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Education Counsellor to guide students and drive enrollments for our IT & Cyber Security training programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling student inquiries, building strong relationships, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, a sales mindset, and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students about courses and career opportunities
- Handle inquiries, follow-ups, and convert leads into enrollments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students
- Achieve weekly and monthly admission targets
- Coordinate with trainers for smooth course delivery
- Maintain records of leads, conversions, and feedback
- Support marketing activities, seminars, and outreach programs
- Guide students on certifications, internships, and career paths
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate (BBA/MBA/BA/MA Psychology or related field preferred)
- Freshers, interns, and experienced candidates can apply
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong sales, pitching, and persuasion ability
- Good customer relationship management
