This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Counsellor located in Kolkata. The role involves providing student counseling, offering guidance on career and academic paths, and helping students identify and achieve their educational and professional goals. The Academic Counsellor will actively communicate with students to understand their strengths and aspirations, design tailored advice based on their needs, and conduct both individual and group sessions to guide students effectively.

• Strong skills in Student Counseling, Career Counseling, and Academic Advising
• Exceptional Communication abilities for understanding and addressing students concerns
• Experience or knowledge in Education-related guidance and processes
• Outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in Kolkata
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in academic advising or counseling is a plus
