Academic Advisor

This is a full-time on-site position based in Noida for an Academic Advisor. The Academic Advisor will be responsible for guiding students in making informed academic and career decisions related to pursuing MBBS degrees abroad. Daily responsibilities include conducting student counseling sessions, providing academic and career advice, assisting with program selection, and ensuring students have all the information and support they need to complete the admission process successfully. Additionally, the Academic Advisor will maintain an open line of communication with students and institutions to provide a seamless experience.

• Proven skills in Student Counseling and Academic Advising
• Strong Communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively engage with students and parents
• Knowledge of Career Counseling and education pathways, particularly in medical education abroad
• Understanding of higher education systems and requirements
• Proficiency in problem-solving and delivering tailored guidance to students
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Experience in the overseas education sector is an advantage
• Ability to work collaboratively in an office environment
