Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for an Academic Advisor located in Bengaluru. The selected candidate will provide academic advising and career counseling to students while helping them navigate their educational goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting with students to identify their academic needs, offering guidance on course selection, assisting with career planning, and maintaining detailed records of student progress. The advisor will also proactively address students concerns and collaborate with other teams to ensure a supportive academic experience.

Qualifications

• Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills to guide students in their academic and professional development
• Strong Communication abilities for effectively engaging with students, parents, and internal teams
• Proficiency in Academic Advising to support students in meeting educational requirements and achieving success
• Experience or knowledge in the Education sector, particularly in medical or healthcare studies, is advantageous
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating within a team
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
