Academic Advisor

This is a full-time, on-site Academic Advisor role based in Ernakulam. The Academic Advisor will provide individualized support to students, guiding them in their academic and professional development. Responsibilities include conducting student counseling sessions, offering career counseling, advising on suitable programs, tracking student progress, and maintaining records. Ensuring that each student receives the necessary support to achieve their academic and professional goals is central to this role.

• Proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling techniques
• Strong Communication skills to facilitate effective interaction with students, parents, and staff
• Experience or expertise in Academic Advising and Education services
• Solid understanding of career pathways and professional development opportunities
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve their goals
• Prior experience in educational institutions or career guidance will be an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is preferred
