Qualifications
- Proficiency in Student Counseling, Academic Advising, and Career Counseling skills
- Strong Communication skills for effective engagement with students and stakeholders
- Knowledge of the education sector and available academic programs
- Ability to build and maintain meaningful relationships with students and institutions
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or related field
- Prior experience in academic advising or student support is an advantage
- Empathetic and approachable personality with excellent interpersonal skills
