Job Description : Admissions Sales Representative (Remote Freshers & Career Switchers Welcome)

We're expanding our team and looking for enthusiastic individuals to join us as Admissions Sales Representatives in a fully remote role.

This opportunity is perfect for freshers or professionals from non-sales backgrounds looking to build a career in sales.

Please note that we are not hiring experienced sales professionals for this positionwe're looking for fresh energy and a willingness to learn.

You'll be responsible for working with warm leads, engaging with decision-makers, and doing persistent follow-ups to help guide prospects through our admissions process. This is not a cold calling role, but it does require strong communication and a consistent outreach mindset.

Compensation & Training :

• Training Period: 30-90 days (online)
• Stipend during training: 10,000 INR
• Post-Training: Upon successful completion
• Timmings: 10am-8pm Working slot (8 hours Mandate on daily basis)
• Working : 5 days in a week.
• Full-time Salary: 65,000 INR per month (40k Fixed + Incentives)

Responsibilities :

• Identify and qualify potential customers through provided leads and various digital sources.
• Schedule and conduct virtual meetings with decision-makers to understand their needs.
• Use a consultative approach and follow up extensively to drive conversions.
• Accurately document interactions and status updates in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admissions experience.
