Location: Cochin

Compensation: Up to 05 LPA (Average 10-30% hike on current/previous Fixed Salary)

Interview: Walkin

Working days: 6 days

Qualification: Graduate

Requirement:

Graduate with 0-5 years of proven sales/telecalling experience.

Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.

Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and hungry for success.

Familiarity with CRM software and calling tools is a plus.

Conduct compelling outbound calls to prospective students & parents.

Introduce and promote our globally recognized programs.

Qualify leads, address objections, and provide accurate information.

Maintain high product knowledge to communicate benefits effectively.

Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.
