Role Description The Academic Advisor at EduMine is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. In this position, the advisor will guide prospective and current learners on program selection, course planning, and academic progression, ensuring alignment with their professional goals. Daily responsibilities include conducting one-on-one advising sessions, supporting students with academic and career decisions, and monitoring learner performance to identify and address challenges. The role also involves maintaining accurate advising records, collaborating with faculty and administrative staff, and contributing to student engagement initiatives such as orientations, workshops, and information sessions. The advisor will help create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student success in executive education programs.

- Candidates should possess strong student-facing skills, including Student Counseling and Academic Advising.
- Candidates should possess effective support skills, including Career Counseling and Education-focused guidance.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with diverse learners and stakeholders.
- Relevant skills such as problem-solving, empathy, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, Management, or a related field.
- Prior experience in academic advising, student services, or executive education is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple advising cases efficiently.
