Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Academic Advisor based in Jaipur, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Academic Advisor will be responsible for guiding students in their academic and career paths by providing counseling and support tailored to their aspirations and goals. Key responsibilities include offering academic advising, conducting career counseling sessions, addressing student inquiries, and ensuring a positive and productive learning experience for all students. Additionally, the role may involve coordinating with faculty and administrative teams to provide students with the necessary resources and guidance.

Qualification

-Strong skills in Student Counseling and Academic Advising to guide students effectively

-Proficiency in Career Counseling and Education-focused guidance practices

-Excellent Communication skills, including active listening and empathetic engagement

-Ability to work collaboratively with students, parents, and educational staff

-Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

-Prior experience in academic advising or counseling roles is preferred

-Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field is required

-Familiarity with cyber security education and training is an added advantage
