This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Advisor, based in Jaipur. The Academic Advisor will provide guidance to students on course selection and career opportunities, offering personalized academic and career counseling. Additional responsibilities include assisting with enrollment processes, addressing student inquiries, and facilitating connections between students and faculty to ensure positive academic outcomes. The role also involves helping students set and achieve academic and professional goals.

• Strong skills in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to guide students in their academic and professional journey
• Proficiency in Communication to provide clear and effective guidance and resolve inquiries
• Experience in Academic Advising and a strong understanding of education systems
• A comprehensive understanding of career development and education-related approaches
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field
• Highly organized and able to work collaboratively in an on-site environment
• Prior experience in academic or career counseling is advantageous
