Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and target-driven Admission Counselor to manage the end-to-end student admission lifecycle. The role involves counselling prospective students and parents, driving enrolments, and ensuring a smooth and professional admission experience.
Key Responsibilities- Counsel prospective students and parents on academic programs, eligibility, and career opportunities.
- Handle walk-ins, inbound/outbound calls, and digital leads to achieve admission targets.
- Conduct personalized counselling sessions to guide students in course selection.
- Follow up on leads and maintain high conversion ratios.
- Coordinate with academic, marketing, and operations teams for seamless admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM systems.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships to improve student satisfaction and retention.
Candidate Requirements- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline.
- 4–5 years of experience in admissions, counselling, or education sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented with a results-driven approach.
- Good organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- High level of ownership, accountability, and positive attitude.
