About Where U Elevate

Where U Elevate is building a platform that bridges the gap between academia and industry through innovation programs, hackathons, case study competitions, bootcamps, internships, hiring initiatives, and industry-academia collaborations.

We are looking for a highly energetic and proactive Academia Lead Generation Executive who can identify, connect, and generate qualified leads from colleges, universities, management institutes, engineering institutions, and training organizations across India.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Research & Database Building

  • Identify and research colleges, universities, engineering institutes, management institutes, and training organizations.
  • Build and maintain a structured database of key academic decision-makers.
  • Gather details of:
  • Directors
  • Deans
  • Placement Officers
  • Training & Placement Heads
  • HODs
  • Innovation Cell Coordinators
  • Entrepreneurship Cell Coordinators
  • Faculty Coordinators

Lead Generation Activities

  • Generate qualified academic leads through:
  • LinkedIn
  • Email Research
  • College Websites
  • AI Tools
  • Professional Directories
  • Industry Networks
  • Update CRM with accurate lead information.
  • Maintain lead quality and data hygiene.

Outreach Support

  • Execute email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
  • Follow up with academic stakeholders.
  • Schedule meetings and introductory calls for the business development team.
  • Support webinar, hackathon, bootcamp, and campus engagement campaigns.

Data Management

  • Track lead status and engagement.
  • Maintain daily lead generation reports.
  • Ensure data accuracy and regular updates.

Market Intelligence

  • Track academic events, conferences, FDPs, placement drives, and innovation initiatives.
  • Identify institutions actively seeking industry collaborations

Required Skills

Must Have

  • Strong internet research skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Good understanding of LinkedIn and professional networking.
  • MS Excel / Google Sheets proficiency.
  • Attention to detail and data accuracy.

Preferred

  • Experience in education, EdTech, recruitment, training, or event industry.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Experience in lead generation and database management.

KPIs

  • 50–100 qualified academic leads generated per week.
  • Decision-maker contact accuracy above 90%.
  • Meetings scheduled for the sales/business development team.
  • CRM updates completed on time.
  • Lead conversion from prospect to meeting stage.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree (Any Stream)
  • MBA (Preferred but not mandatory)
  • Freshers with strong research and communication skills can apply.
