Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and reliable AC Technician to install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and the ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, inspect, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems (split AC, window AC, central AC, etc.)
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems
- Perform regular preventive maintenance and servicing
- Check and refill refrigerant levels
- Clean AC units including filters, coils, and blowers
- Ensure all installations and repairs comply with safety standards
- Respond to customer service calls and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain records of service and repairs performed
Required Skills & Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or related field
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and refrigeration cycles
- Ability to read technical manuals and wiring diagrams
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Good communication skills
Preferred Requirements
- Experience in servicing residential and commercial AC units
- Knowledge of different AC brands and models
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift heavy equipment
- Comfortable working in confined or elevated spaces
- Ability to work in outdoor environments
