Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Nagpur for an AC Technician. The AC Technician will be responsible for conducting routine maintenance and troubleshooting of HVAC systems, ensuring efficient operation and resolving any technical issues. The role will also involve performing preventive maintenance tasks and addressing plumbing, electrical, and EPA-related requirements associated with the systems. Collaboration with the maintenance team to ensure seamless operation within the property is a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance of HVAC systems.
• Knowledge of Plumbing and basic electrical repair and maintenance.
• Proficiency in EPA regulations and safety protocols.
• Ability to work on-site with a proactive and team-oriented approach.
• Relevant certifications in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical work are a plus.
• Previous experience in a hospitality or commercial building setting is preferred.
