Responsibilities
- Perform regular maintenance and repairs on air conditioning systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with AC units and related components.
- Install new air conditioning systems and ensure proper functionality.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
- Respond to service calls and provide timely solutions to clients.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations during all maintenance activities.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in HVAC or AC maintenance.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical manuals and schematics.
- Strong knowledge of various AC systems, including split, window, and central air conditioning units.
- Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment for troubleshooting.
- Certification in HVAC technology or a related field is preferred.
- Good communication skills to interact with clients and provide recommendations.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy equipment as needed.
