Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagpur for an AC & Fridge Technician. The technician will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing air conditioning and refrigeration systems, performing preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability, addressing plumbing and electrical concerns related to cooling systems, and ensuring compliance with EPA and safety standards. The role demands timely and effective maintenance of all equipment to uphold high operational standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to AC and refrigeration systems
• Knowledge of plumbing and preventive maintenance procedures
• Understanding of EPA standards and compliance requirements
• Proficiency in handling electrical components and diagnosing electrical issues in equipment
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills
• Ability to work flexible hours and respond to urgent maintenance needs
• Relevant technical certification or diploma is preferred
• Previous experience in hospitality or hotel maintenance is an advantage
