Job Description:
- Design 2–3 flagship models capable of reaching 1M+ beneficiaries and define the delivery architecture and scalability pathways
- Design and lead Quasi-experimental studies and Randomized evaluations (where applicable)
- Build partnerships with prestigious institutions
- Ensure programs are evidence-based and policy-relevant
- Build interventions that change behavior at scale, not just awareness
- Evaluate pilots rigorously and Scale high-impact models aggressively
- Build playbooks, toolkits, and scalable frameworks
- Position the foundation as a thought leader
