ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1.   CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

Ø BE/BTech in Mechanical Engineering with 10 to 15 years of experience in EPC projects within the Oil & Gas sector. Should be capable of managing a crew of at least 200 across various disciplines.

Ø Experience in coordinating and successfully executing multidisciplinary works within projects, including mechanical, civil, electrical, instrumentation, and commissioning activities.

Ø Should be able to attend client meetings, as well as vendor and manufacturer project meetings.

Ø Familiar with drawings, understanding project scope, allocating work among the team, and conducting internal coordination meetings.

Ø Experience with P6/planning software is an added advantage; should be familiar with creating the WBS, aligning with the project schedule, evaluating manpower and equipment requirements, and ensuring proper follow-up until project completion.

2.   ESTIMATION ENGINEER

Ø Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.

Ø 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in estimation within the Oil and Gas sector, familiarity with EPC tenders is an added advantage.

Ø Thoroughly review and interpret project drawings, specifications, and scope to determine accurate material, labour, and operational costs

Ø Prepare and submit competitive technical and commercial proposals for tenders

Ø Perform detailed quantity take-offs from project drawings

Ø Issue enquiries, obtain vendor quotations, and conduct technical and commercial evaluations of offers

Ø Utilize Primavera (P6) or equivalent planning software to develop comprehensive project plans and S-Curves for inclusion in technical submissions

3.   PLANNING ENGINEER

Job Overview:

The Planning Engineer will manage project schedules, coordination and client billing activities for the company's EPC projects. The role includes preparing schedules, monitoring progress, preparing bills, and ensuring accuracy in reporting. The candidate will work closely with the site, engineering, procurement, and finance teams to support smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Planning & Scheduling:

·         Prepare and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.

·         Develop progress measurement tools such as S-curves and dashboards.

·         Track project milestones and highlight delays or risks.

Billing & Documentation:

·        Prepare and verify client bills based on site progress.

·        Support variation orders/ claims.

·        Maintain proper documentation for billing and audits.

Reporting & Coordination:

·         Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports for management and clients.

·         Coordinate with engineering, procurement, finance, and site teams.

·         Provide schedule-related inputs for decision-making.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience:

·        Minimum of 5 years experience in project planning.

·        Experience in EPC, oil & gas, utilities, or construction projects preferred.

Technical Skills:

·        Proficiency in Primavera P6.

·        Strong understanding of billing procedures, reporting, and documentation.

Soft Skills:

·        Strong communication and coordination skills.

·        Ability to work with cross-functional teams and meet deadlines.

4.   PROJECT COORDINATOR

Job Overview:

The Project Coordinator will support the project team in day-to-day coordination and ensure smooth communication across all departments. The role involves organizing documents, following up on tasks, coordinating meetings, and supporting billing and reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordination:

• Support communication between engineering, site, procurement, QA/QC, and client teams.
• Arrange project meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on actions.
• Assist in planning and billing by providing required data.

Documentation:

• Organize project documents such as contracts, RFIs, permits, Material requisitions, Equipment/Logistic Requisitions, reports, etc.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date.

Logistics & Support:

• Coordinate movement of materials and equipment between the yard and site.
• Monitor project schedules and highlight any delays.
• Support safety and quality compliance in project activities.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in project coordination.
• Experience in EPC, oil & gas, utilities, or construction projects preferred

Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of project management tools and documentation practices.
• Ability to prepare reports and organize data.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work with different teams and handle multiple tasks.

5.     PROJECT ENGINEER

Ø B Tech. / BE in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 8 Years Construction experience in oil and gas industry.

Ø Familiar with construction of Storage tank as per API/ AWWA specifications. (Cone roof and Floating roof tanks), both conventional and jacking methods.

Ø Also, person who has experience in tank maintenance as per API 653 including desludging, cleaning, replacement of bottom/ annular plate, shell, roof plate, tank pad, berm seal will have more preference.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

@  Working Hours: 48 Hours / Week and 208 hours per month

@  O.T -  After 8 hours, works will be treated as Overtime and get extra pay.

@  Qualification: B.E/B.Tech in related discipline

@  Experience: min. 5 – 15 years of experience required

@  Skills: Should have relevant exp. 

@  GULF / INDIAN EXPERIENCE – ANYTHING OK

@  Good communication skills in English

@  Food : Free + Kitchen facilities - will be provided
