Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account-Based Marketing (ABM) position based in Lucknow. The ABM professional will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing account-based marketing strategies. Key responsibilities include analyzing customer data, creating personalized campaigns tailored to targeted accounts, coordinating with sales and marketing teams, and ensuring seamless alignment to drive measurable outcomes. The role requires close collaboration to strengthen brand positioning and achieve business goals.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in account-based marketing strategies, customer segmentation, and data-driven marketing.
  • Experience in campaign management, including creating personalized content for target accounts and understanding customer life cycles.
  • Strong collaboration and coordination skills to work across multiple stakeholders, including marketing, sales, and data teams.
  • Proficiency in data analytics, with the ability to measure and interpret campaign results, making informed decisions based on insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, with relevant experience in business-oriented marketing roles.
  • Prior experience in a fintech or technology-driven organization is a plus.
  • Knowledge of digital tools and platforms, including CRM platforms or ABM tools, is beneficial.
