Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for an ABM & PPC – Demand Generation Specialist at Mavlers. The role involves planning, executing, and optimizing account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns across channels, with a strong focus on precision targeting, personalization, and revenue impact. You will manage and optimize PPC campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms) to drive high-intent leads, pipeline, and ROI, including keyword research, ad copy creation, bid strategies, and performance tuning. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with sales, marketing, and client success teams to define ICPs and target account lists, setting up measurement frameworks, tracking KPIs, and reporting on campaign performance and insights. You will also coordinate with creative and content teams to develop landing pages, ads, and assets, run A/B tests, and continuously refine campaigns based on data to improve conversion rates and cost efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in account-based marketing, including ICP definition, target account selection, and multi-channel ABM campaign orchestration.
- Hands-on expertise in PPC campaign management across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid media channels.
- Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, or similar) for lead nurturing, scoring, and pipeline tracking.
- Solid analytical skills, including working with data, building dashboards, monitoring KPIs, and translating performance insights into optimization actions.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, content, design, operations) and align campaigns with revenue and pipeline goals.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to brief creative teams and review messaging for relevance and clarity.
- Experience in B2B demand generation, especially in digital marketing, SaaS, or technology services environments, is highly preferred.
