The Role
You will own ABM execution end-to-end for a portfolio of B2B SaaS and B2B manufacturing clients. Your north star: client satisfaction + pipeline generated.
This is a hands-on senior operator role — not a coordination role. You execute. We pair you with GrowthSpree's in-house AI stack (MCP, QLA, Zipeline) so you can move 5–10x faster than a typical ABM manager at any other agency.
And you won't be working alone. Our content, design, performance marketing, RevOps, and in-house tech/product teams are one Slack ping away — whenever you need help on creative, infra, automations, reporting, or strategy, the team has your back.
What You'll Do
Client context mastery
• Get deep on every client's ICP, value prop, sales motion, competitive landscape, and past outbound learnings within the first 10 days of onboarding.
• Be the trusted ABM expert in their corner. Run weekly calls. Share insights, not just dashboards.
ICP & data sourcing
• Pull, enrich, clean, and segment target account + contact lists using Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, Crunchbase, and intent/firmographic data sources.
• Build cohort-level segmentation (function × seniority × segment) — not generic blasts.
AI-powered content creation
• Use GrowthSpree's in-house AI systems + external tools to write hyper-personalized cold email and LinkedIn outreach at scale.
• Write LinkedIn connection requests, DMs, and email sequences that actually get replies — punchy, conversational, never salesy.
Campaign execution
• Set up, launch, and optimize multi-channel ABM campaigns across Dripify, HeyReach, Instantly, and LinkedIn.
• Manage the full campaign calendar across multiple clients. Hit launch dates. Track every step.
Pipeline ownership
• Track positive replies, meetings booked, SQLs, opportunities, and pipeline per client.
• Weekly performance reporting — what worked, what didn't, what's changing next week.
Continuous optimization
• A/B test message steps, ICP segments, subject lines, hooks, and creative angles.
• Iterate based on data. Never set-and-forget.
Automate the manual work
• If you're doing the same thing twice, build a workflow. Use AI aggressively to eliminate the boring parts of your job. Must Have
• 0.5–2+ years of hands-on B2B outbound / ABM execution (agency or in-house B2B SaaS).
• Strong writing — you can craft cold emails and LinkedIn DMs that get replies, not eye-rolls.
• Entrepreneurial wiring — client satisfaction is your north star. You own outcomes end-to-end. You don't need to be told twice.
• Strong written + spoken English. You'll be on calls with US/UK/EU clients.
Nice-to-Haves
• Understanding of outbound infrastructure — domain setup, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, IP warmup, inbox rotation, LinkedIn automation safety, deliverability monitoring.
• Working knowledge of LinkedIn Ads — campaign setup, ABM list uploads, audience targeting, retargeting flows.
• Experience with HubSpot or Salesforce (CRM hygiene, lifecycle stages, reporting).
• Prior exposure to North American or European B2B ICPs.
• Hands-on experience with : Dripify, HeyReach, Instantly, Lemlist, Smartlead, Apollo, Clay.
• Comfort with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Clay, n8n) — you've already replaced parts of your workflow with AI and you're hungry to do more.
