Qualifications & Requirements
- Educational Background: Minimum academic qualification as per the specific role (ranging from 10th/12th pass for Support Staff to Graduate/Post-Graduate for Management and Creative roles).
- Professional Integrity: High level of honesty, punctuality, and a strong commitment to maintaining the discipline required in a premier coaching environment.
- Effective Communication: Ability to speak and interact politely with students, parents, and staff. Multilingual skills (English/Hindi/Regional) are highly valued for front-facing roles.
- Role-Specific Competency: Practical knowledge of necessary tools, such as MS Office for Admin/Counsellors, professional editing software for Video Editors, or general campus upkeep for Support Staff.
- Result-Oriented Mindset: A proactive solution-first approach to daily tasks, ensuring that the campus operations run smoothly for our students.
- Industry Experience: Previous experience in a coaching institute, school, or organized corporate sector is preferred, though we welcome talented freshers for specific roles.
